schöner Kamin

Ich hatte länger nach einem passenden Kamin gesucht und diesen dann gefunden. Sieht super gut aus, lässt das Wohnzimmer edler wirken. Der erste Abend war bereits gemütlicher und "wärmer". Schneller Lieferung, Mittwoch bestellt Montag darauf angekommen. Zur Deko, wir benötigen insg. 50 Dekosteine.

Super toller Kamin!

Leider wurde der Kamin zu aller Erst defekt geliefert. Eine Ethanolflasche war wohl leider nicht richtig verschlossen und so lief sie bei Transport aus und beschädigte den schönen Kamin irreparabel. Ich verständigte natürlich sofort den Anbieter und nach nicht mal 12 Stunden telefonierte ich mit der Dame vom Kundenservice. Ich kann wirklich von mir behaupten, noch nie einen so guten Kundenservice erlebt zu haben. Wir haben direkt einen Termin vereinbart an dem der alte Kamin abgeholt wurde. Der neue wurde selbstverständlich auch direkt wieder losgeschickt ( diesmal wurde das Ethanol in einem extra Karton mitgeschickt :)). Aus Kulanz erhielt ich außerdem einige Flaschen Ethanol extra.Über den Kamin kann ich außerdem sagen, dass er mir genau das bietet was ich mir versprochen habe. Er sieht wirklich hübsch aus macht sich super in meinem Wohnzimmer. Darüber hinaus muss ich sagen, dass er wirklich wahnsinnig viel Wärme ausstrahlt. Er verleiht meinem 30 qm großem Zimmer nach einer halben Stunde eine mollige Wärme bei der man wirklich keine extra Heizleistung mehr braucht. Leider finde ich, dass bei dem Zubehör zu wenig Dekosteine bei sind. Dies ist aber auch das einzige was ich eventuell zu bemängeln hätte. Da es aber eigentlich nur um den Kamin geht, kann ich sagen, dass ich diesen jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen kann.
