Bei Anlieferung hat die Spediton eine Stunde vorher angerufen und sich angemeldet. TOPSessel kam wie beschrieben in einem Stück. Verpackung war i.O.Um den Sessel durch die Wohnungstür(Standard) zu bekommen haben wir den Sessel im Hausflur ausgepackt und ihn auch ohneSchwierigkeiten in die Wohnung bekommen.Am Sessel ist alles in Ordnung und er ist super bequem. Gemütlichen Lese-und Fernsehabenden steht nun nichts mehr im Wege.

Ich habe diesen Sessel bestellt und er kam mit einem kaputten Fuß hier an. Vermutlich beim Transport gebrochen. Nachdem ich um Umtausch gebeten und einen Ersatz bestellt hatte, kam auch dieser defekt hier an: diesmal war die Abdeckung am Boden gerissen! Kann nur sagen: Finger weg!!!! Musste ja jedes mal hier sein, da die Spedition immer einen ungenauen Zeitpunkt bzgl. Lieferung angegeben hat und es hat mich viel Zeit und Nerven gekostet, 2mal kaputte Ware wieder zurück zu schicken!!!

Der Sessel sieht gut aus und jetzt das große Aber. Er passt nicht durch eine normale Wohnungstür. Schade, so leider wieder zurück, der Service war sonst sehr gut.
